The Plaza Classic Film Festival is the world’s largest festival dedicated to classic cinema. As such, there are a number of stories to be told about the festival and we encourage media coverage. To help our friends in the media and journalists who wish to cover the Plaza Classic Film Festival, we offer the following information.

  • Out Of Town Media

    The Plaza Classic Film Festival reserves a limited number of Media Passes for journalists who wish to travel to El Paso and experience and report on the festival.
  • To submit an application for media credentialing to the Plaza Classic Film Festival, please provide the following information, VIA OUR ONLINE APPLICATION.
  • The Deadline for Media Pass applications is June 20, 2013.
  • Media Passes are only available for journalists from outside the El Paso, Juarez and Las Cruces areas.
  • Media Pass holders will receive the same privileges as Festival Pass holders, with the exception that access to sold-out screenings in the Philanthropy Theatre may be limited to Festival Pass holders and the ticketed public.
  • In Town Media

    If you are an area journalist interested in covering some or all of this year’s Plaza Classic Film Festival, you may coordinate requests for access and interview subjects through the following:
