Screen icon and Hitchcock leading lady Tippi Hedren to appear and introduce her first two films - Alfred Hitchcock's environmental horror film, The Birds, and the 1964 suspense film Marnie.

"We're pleased to showcase Ms. Hedren's debut films and celebrate her work in these late masterpieces from the master of suspense," stated festival artistic director Charles Horak. The two films join some 80 other films to be celebrated during this year's festival and Ms. Hedren will take part in on-stage conversations about her life, career and the making of these two films prior to their screening in the Plaza Theatre's 2,000-seat restored auditorium.
