Plaza Classic Celebrates Local Films, Again!
We love classic films, but we also love exposing audiences to the work of the diverse independent filmmakers working in our own community.
For the fifth straight year, the Plaza Classic Film Festival’s Local Flavor Series will honor the work made in, around or about our border region. If you’ve made, or are finishing, a short or feature-length film and would like it to be considered for a screening at this year’s festival, here’s what you need to do:
- Complete the downloadable Local Flavor submission Here
- Provide us with at least three (3) DVDs or Blu-rays of your work, labeled with the film name, director, aspect ratio and run time.
-There are only two eligibility requirements for films to be considered:
Films may not have been screened at previous Plaza Classic Film Festivals.
Films must have some local connection, whether it’s made by locals, about the local area, etc.
